Cherre is a leader in aggregated real estate data and insight, delivered to clients through a proprietary Cherre platform. They announced in 2021 a $50 million Growth Funding Round and seek strategic tuck-in acquisitions as part of the use of funds. Megalytics has entered into a data partner and license agreement where Cherre will integrate our Megalytics Viability Assessments and Tenant Tracker product into their platform.

OTSO CORP
Otso is an early stage, woman-owned fintech services company providing tenant risk mitigation to CRE owners and Build Capital to small-to-midsize tenants through cost-effective, third-party A-rated credit that frees up tenant funds that would otherwise go to meeting security deposit requirements. Megalytics has partnered where Otso combine our Tenant Tracker solution with their lease securitization solution, along with other value-added customizations and market to their client base and more.
The status quo for protection against tenant default in commercial real estate requires businesses to lockup a significant amount of working capital to lease space, yet landlords are still left with high capital exposure and limited knowledge of tenant financial standing during the term of the lease. Combining the offerings of Megalytics and Otso arms landlords with a powerful comprehensive package to maximize protection against tenant default while increasing their asset’s value with a deep dive, real-time assessment of the quality and performance of their tenants. With Otso, tenants can also retain their working capital typically locked in deposits or letters of credit. It’s a win-win for both parties.

Megalytics has partnered with Gueest agreement for the cross-sale and marketing by each party of the other’s services. Lifestyle Equities a second company of Guesst founder CEO, Jay Norris, has partnered with Megalytics For our market analytics solutions set and have several projects are underway.

VTS is the commercial real estate industry’s leading leasing and asset management platform, with a user base exceeding 35,000, and whose platform manages more than 10 billion square feet of commercial real estate. The Megalytics/VTS Partnership has been in place for five years and we have attended and sponsored two of their user conferences. Megalytics is a technology partner, listed on the VTS website, and has been working with their API’s to pull portfolio and deal information into client platforms to activate additional tenant due diligence.
